is it just me or did anyone notice that Slughorn called Ron Rupert at one point during HBP? I thought that was interesting.

Wednesday I had a date with Matt. We saw War of the Worlds which wasn't that great. I loathe Tom Cruise. Thursday I went to Meremac State Park to go floating with Sam, Shannon, Ashley, Erin, Laurie, Shannon's two brothers Isaac and Ethan and Shannon's mom. It was a blast! I got a little burnt but then I got tan the next day. Camped until Friday then came home. As soon as I came home I packed my stuff again, picked up Hilary, and headed out to the horses. Friday night we both stayed at the house while Danny and BJ, Jimmy, Mike, and Brent all camped out. Danny, BJ, Hil, and I all went frog giggin' Friday night. Earlier I had caught a very nice sized crappie that was to be fileted (sp?) later. We caught one bullfrog at my Aunt's lake then we caught two more over at Melvin's lake. As we were at Melvin's, Hil is paddling and I'm holdin' the flashlight, a bass jumps in our boat! Hilary screamed b/c it hit her and I was like "What the hell?!" It was great! That bass was delicious as well as the frog legs that we ate the next day. Then we went swimming at like 2 in the morning. We helped my Aunts set up for the party on Sat. then Hil and I took the four-wheeler out for a ride. It was fun! Waited for everyone to get there. Rode Mariah in the evening b/c it was freakin' hot as a mother! Emily walked Josh (her beagle) with me. I took Mariah over to Melvin's where the boys' were camping. Once I got there they said they were headin' back to Aunt Betty's so I let them pass me in BJ's truck. I started galloping after them, it was awesome! I had never galloped before. I can now proudly say I have experienced the "Arabian Float". Sadly, the sped up:(

When I got done from the barn, Dad asked if I would take Grandpa home b/c Danny had had a beer and I hadn't had any yet. Danny told me it would only be 20mins! Bull shit! Emily and Josh came with me, Emily is Hilary's sister btw, and on the Westbound side of I-70 there was a HUGE traffic jam. So we dropped my Grandpa off and started taking the service road that took us to some highway in Lake St. Louis. Well, I saw a sign for Wentzville Prkwy and with my good direction skills *wink wink* we made it home traffic free! I was so mad though! It took us 1 1/2 hours! I didn't even get to have Aunt Jackie's Strawberry Daiquirri. I made up for it that evening at the campfire. We took pretty much the rest of the beers from the coolers at the party. It was the first time I had got drunk. I passed out in a chair by the fire with my blanket. I stayed warm the whole night!

Overall, the weekend kicked some major monkey ass!

PS- Miller Genuine Beer (MGB) is the worst. Bud Light, however, is the shit.
